由于现代企业的诸多环境因素，企业在处理与外部客户的关系时，越来越感觉到没有信息技术支持的客户管理力不从心，网上客户管理系统应运而生。客户管理系统对企业业务流程的重组整合用户信息资源，以便有效的方法来管理客户关系，在企业内部实现信息和资源的共享。客户管理系统在系统设计上以帮助企业的主管人事管理的部门提高工作效率，实现企业客户的信息管理以及管理的系统化、规范化和自动化为最终目的。因此，利用网络管理，使企业在提高效率、拓展市场和保留客户三方面大大改进，对于提升竞争的优势，有着重大的意义。     本文介绍了客户管理系统的实现方法。目的在于让大家共享学习和运用这一语言的体会和收获。本系统是Internet/Intranet环境下面向电子商务的客户管理，通过企业管理技术、电子商务和信息技术的高度集成，讨论了客户管理系统的系统构架、系统的工作方式和数据库设计意义。通过数据库、数据源、ASP代码，进行对客户管理系统的实现，并对客户管理系统的发展进行展望。帮助企业在全球经济一体化的激烈市场竞争环境中，建立以市场、客户为中心的管理体系，有效管理企业与客户之间的关系，提高客户忠诚度，实现客户价值的最大化。从而提高企业的核心竞争力。
