急救包产品包装设计

摘要：本设计论文主要阐述了急救包的历史、现在国内外的种类和现状、已解决的问题和尚存在的问题，以及在急救包设计实习中的一些个人设计感受，在真正生产过程中的一些问题及如何解决。
 此次包装设计与科洛公司合作，在设计、打板，修改制作中吸取了很多教训，学习了很多经验。
 经过调查研究，用于家用的急救包大致三类：①综合型  ②车用型  ③野外型
 综合型为大包装，车用型为中包装，野外型为小包装。
 救护包内部由几个功能包组合, 分囊袋和挂袋2种形式, 用粘带和搭扣固定。一侧是几个窗口透明的独立包裹,更多的选用插放的形式。
 急救包选用材料需防尘防水，一般选用皮、涤纶迷彩布，无纺布，塑料等
 汽车用微型创伤急救箱箱盖内设有放置棉球、棉签、药和外用药的分隔格，在箱体内设有放置驾驶员用药、绷带卷、止血‘带、胶布、剪刀、三角巾急救包等用具格的分隔格配置在车内，若车祸发生，能在车内或车外自救互救，从而赢得抢救时间，能避免部分由于自救不及时而导致的死亡。降低了伤亡率，为到医院救治打好基础。
 它具有体积小、重量轻、携带方便，结构合理，适应性强等优点。
 在水上急救中，还加上了塑料泡沫急救
 在本次的杭州科洛生物技术有限公司产品包装设计中，主要参考了市面上各品牌的急救包，且充分结合科洛公司的品牌形象，理念，顾客需求，以及设计目标。按照综合急救包、野外急救包、家用急救包不同的需求、内容物和容量要求，做合适的设计。
 在设计中朝着科洛人努力的方向，以协助政府的安全文化教育，普及公众个人救护知识，创造更好的安全急救环境为己任，生产安全可靠，美观便携的急救包。藉科技的力量为公众的健康安全服务，提高公众的生活品质。最主要的标准就是把急救包这一必备品作的美观、方便、安全，并且融入生活。
 救生包一定要牢固、防水、密封性好的容器，而且最好是扁形的，这样才可以放在口袋里或者方便携带。
 急救包设计，应注意几个问题：
 1、卫生问题，即防水密封等问题；
 2、开启简便问题；
 3、人体工程学问题；
 4、外观问题；
 5、体积问题；
 6、结构问题等；
 7、材质问题，即要牢固，禁得起野外生存的“摧残”。
 我们现在更多的是追求功能与外观的兼得，追求更合理的布局，追求更小的体积及更简便的携带。
 特别是户外急救包，功能的易取易用，方便是最根本的。
 在本次设计中，主要选用结实质轻的无纺布为主材料，以拉链开启为主要的开启方式，在内包中更多的选用牛筋带固定和插口设计，打开包装能一目了然，在内包装的设计中统一了不同的颜色，不同功能选用不同颜色，使实用者更直接跟清楚的分辨急救材料器械。
 在打样过程中，我学会了设计要按照工艺需求，按照公司的要求，比如在打样时，有些设计插口多了也浪费，就可以省一点，在内包装物设计过程中要考虑到公司的利益，考虑到工艺的流程，
 设计要结合实际，结合生产工艺，不仅仅要考虑到外观美观，还要注意到工艺的可行性，要在美观的同时，让工艺更简单，更易操作，使成本降到最低。有时候设计要迁就实际生产。
 设计的主要技术运用帆布打样装包，打样是从内部结构开始，再到外包的打样，所以，在结构的设计上要求更严谨。内包装的设计主要是运用三色印刷，在套色过程中是需要注意的，因为材质的关系，当两色在一起时边上不能碰到，四周边上必需统一，否则由于工艺上的误差范围，在边上可能有条纹或者白条偏差。最后选择了一个色的底色在中间加一图形底，留白写一些产品信息及产品使用说明图形。
 在设计过程中，出现了很多问题，一些是生产上的问题，一些事工艺上的问题，发现问题解决问题是企业的处理方法。我们在生产中结合设计，结合实际，才是设计之本。
