Abstract: The method of preparation of high solid content silicone anionic emulsion is easy to operate, synthesis product well compatibility, well stability. In recent years, we have been paying close attention to it. This article based octamethylcyclotetra siloxane (D4) as the monomer, duodenaryalkylbenzenesulfonic acid (DBSA) as anionic surfactant catalyst, Towin and other as non-ionic surfactant, salt as rheological modifier, then take the anionic polymerization reaction, and make the preparation of high solid content of anionic silicone emulsion. On this basis, The effects of temperature, DBSA dosage, nonionic emulsifier type, stirring speed, salt content on the rheological properties and polymerization reaction rate were discussed. And eventually acquire the optimization process of the polymerization of the high solid content of anionic silicone: 30%D4,3%DBSA,1.1% Towin,1.1%salt,64.8%water. Polymerization conditions: stirring speed: 300 rpm, temperature: 80°C, reaction time of polymerization: 4hr.
