摘 要
22层办公楼,位于杭州市:一类高层建筑, 地下二层,地上22层。建筑面积:28459平方米,其中地下部分面积:10112平方米,地上部分面积:18347平方米. 建筑总高度94.14m,室内设置给水系统,排水系统,设集中供热水系统,消火栓系统和自动喷淋灭火系统。由于该建筑高度94.14米,市政管网压力0.3MPa,无法满足压力要求,故采用分区供水,考虑到节能设计,采用无负压装置变频泵机组。给水分区为高、中、低区,15~22层为高区,4~14层为中区,地下二层~3层为低区。中区、高区由无负压装置供水,低区利用市政管网直接供水。排水采用污废水分流的方式,污、废水重力自流排入室外污废水管道。该建筑物高度低于100米,消防系统不分区,采用减压稳压消火栓。本楼屋顶设置18吨消防水箱,储存前十分钟消火栓用水量,自喷系统采用中危二级标准,分区同冷水给水,正常压力为0.1MPa,作用面积为160平方米。自喷系统与消火栓系统合用消防水箱。雨水系统采用内排水。

The Design of 22nd floor Office building
Abstract
22nd floor office building,In hangzhou:the first class of high-rise buildings, there are 2 basement and 22 floors overground . Floor area:28459m2, the area of the underground parts:10112 m2, the area of the overground parts:18347 m2.Total building height of 94.14m,indoor setting water supply system,drainage system,water based heating system,fire hydrant system and the automatic sprinkler system.As the building height is 94.14m,municipal pipe network pressure is 0.3Mpa,the pressure can’t meet the requirements,we adopted the regional water supply,taking into account the energy-saving design,with no negative pressure unit pump-unit. Water Supply Division for the high, medium, low area:15 to 22 floors is high zone, 4 to 14 layers for the medium zone, the 2nd underground layer to 3 layers is low zone. In the area, no negative pressure device by the high area and medium of water supply, low-area pipeline direct use of municipal water supply. Drainage diversion by way of sewage waste water, sewage, waste water discharged into the outdoor water and wastewater gravity gravity pipeline. The building height less than 100 meters, fire system does not partition, using vacuum regulator fire hydrant. 18 tons of the floor, the roof setting fire water tank, store ten minutes before the fire hydrant water, in danger from the spraying system uses secondary standards in crisis, area with cold water, normal pressure is 0.1MPa, the effect size is 160 m2. The spray system and hydrant system share fire water tank. Stormwater drainage system is use within the drainage.
