摘 要
本设计为24楼建筑给水排水工程。该建筑地上二十四层,地下一层,建筑高度98.285m。设计内容包括给水系统,消防系统,热水系统,排水系统及雨水系统。
给水系统采用分区给水,地下一层至四层为低区,由市政给水管网直接供水;五至十四层为中区,由生活水箱-水泵供水;十五至二十四层为高区,由生活水池-水泵供水。
消防系统分为消火栓系统和自喷系统。消火栓系统,采用水箱和水泵联合供水的临时高压给水系统。自喷采用湿式自动喷水系统。火灾初期10min的水由水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。
热水系统的分区与冷水系统保持一致,水加热器设置在地下一层。
排水系统采用污水和废水分流制排水系统,生活废污水直接排入市政排水管网,生活污水经化粪池局部处理后再排入市政排水管网。
屋面雨水排水系统采用天沟外排水,雨水直接排向市政污水管网。

THE WATER-SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE ENGINEERING OF ZHONGHE
ABSTRACT
This project is the water-supply and drainage engineering of zhonghe.The building has 16 layers on the ground, a layer underground.The high of the building is 98.285m.The contents of this design is water-supply system; fire-fight system, hot water-supply system , Sewerage system , rain water system.
The water-supply system adopt the way of subregion,the -1~4rd floor is the low district,the source is the municipal water-supply net-work;The 5~14rd floor is the middle district,which source is the life basin ——pumps; The 15~24rd floor is the high district,which source is the life basin ——pumps.
Fire fight system is divided into fire hydrant system and sprinkler system.Fire hydrant is adopt a temporary high pressure water supply system with the association of the water tank and pumps. The sprinkler system adopt wets spray water fire extinguishing system.the -1~2rd floor is theⅠdistrict; The 3~5rd floor is theⅡdistrict; The 6~24rd floor is theⅢdistrict.The fire water of the early 10 mins is supply by the water tank, normal the water supply be pumped by the fire fight Pump from the Saving pond.
The hot water-supply system district is consistent with cold water-supply system,The water heaters are established in underground.
The sewerage system uses the sewage and the waste water separate-sewage system,the waste sewage to disperse into the municipal drainage pipe network directly.The sanitary sewage disperses into the municipal drainage pipe network after disposed in the septic tank.
The rain water system adopt outside drain the system, the rain water direct row to municipal soil pipe net.
Various systems use a design second current capacity to determine the caliber, for Draining water Design Standard carries on the piping arrangement and the placing according to Construction.
