摘要
 
 本建筑为杭州某16层办公楼，地点位于杭州市：一类高层建筑， 地下一层，地上16层。建筑面积: 30000平方米，其中地下部分面积:1722平方米,地上部分面积:28278平方米. 建筑总高度62.3m。
 给水系统采用分区给水的方式：地下一层到地上三层由市政管网直供；四到十层为中区；十一到十六层为高区；中区和高区均由变频泵加压供水。
 消防系统分为消火栓系统和自喷系统。消火栓系统不分区，采用水箱和水泵联合供水的临时高压给水系统。自喷采用湿式自动喷水系统，地下一层至地上六层喷头由立管ZPL-1供水，七层至十二层由立管ZPL-2供水，十三层至十六层由立管ZPL-3供水。火灾初期10min的水由水箱供给，正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。
热水系统的分区与冷水系统保持一致，水加热器集中设置在地下一层。
 排水系统采用污水和废水分流制排水系统，生活废污水直接排入市政排水管网，生活污水经化粪池局部处理后再排入市政排水管网。
 屋面雨水排水系统采用天沟外排水于内落水结合，雨水直接排向市政污水管网。
 各系统均采用设计秒流量来确定管径，依照建筑给排水设计规范来进行管道布置和敷设。

 A 16-STOREY OFFICE BUILDING TO THE DRAINAGE DESIGN IN HANGZHOU
ABSTRACT
 
 The construction of a 16-storey office building in HangZhou , located in Hangzhou City: a class of high-rise buildings, underground floor, the ground layer 16. Building Area: 30,000 square meters, including the underground sections of the area: 1722 square meters, part of the ground area: 28,278 square meters. The total construction height of 62.3m. Water district water supply system the way: the ground floor to three direct supply by the municipal pipe network; 4-10 layer for the Central District; 11-16 layer higher areas; in the district by district and high pump pressurized water supply. Fire hydrant system and the system is divided into self-spray system. District fire hydrant system, water tanks and pumps using temporary high-pressure water supply joint water supply system. Since the use of wet-spray sprinkler system, underground floor to the ground by six sprinkler riser ZPL-1 water, formed by seven to 12 risers ZPL-2 water supply, 16-storey by legislation to ZPL-3 water supply pipe. 10min fire early supply of water from water tanks, fire pumps from the normal water storage tanks from the extraction.
