康华大厦给排水消防设计

摘 要
 本工程建筑面积约4.5万平方米,。地下2层,地上20层办公综合楼。建筑总高度为 79.93 米。系一类高层民用建筑。地下两层为车库，1-3层为票据市场，4-15层为办公区，16-19层为宾馆，20层为餐厅。本次设计所需要解决的是建筑内的给水系统，污水系统，雨水系统，消防系统及热水系统的设计，满足人们日常生活的需求。本次设计需要解决主要问题是各系统的选型，各系统管道的布置与敷设及相关计算。水源：市政给水：室外管网水压0.10～0.28Mpa；给水管径DN300。    
 排水：雨水、污水均排入城市污水管网。市政管网雨、污水分流。暴雨强度等相关资料按江苏溧阳地区在设计手册上查找。
 建筑条件:建筑物耐火等级一～二级; 火灾危险等级为中危险级。
 设计内容：给水，热水，污水，废水，雨水，消防，自喷系统。
 供水系统共分三个区，低区：地下室和商场部分即-2~4层为低区，由市政给水管网直接供水；中区：5～15层设一组变频水泵供水；高区：宾馆和餐厅部分16～20层，供入高位水箱再供给。水泵房设在地下室。水箱容积为100m3，采用不锈钢成品水箱。变频供水设备的供水流量按各区的设计秒流量，压力可保证顶层的供水压力不小于0.1MP
宾馆和办公楼部分设集中热水供应，热源为锅炉房提供的高温蒸汽，通过热交换器产生热水。热水主要供高区的宾馆和中区的办公楼，设计供水温度为60℃。
 室外排水采用雨污分流制，室内排水废污分流。
 消火栓系统在地下水泵房内设高区和中低区合用一套消防水泵，消防管道成环状布置，竖向以设备层一为界采用减压阀分区，减压阀阀后压力0.2Mpa，上下区静压均不超过1.00Mpa；5～10层采用减压型消火栓，以保证栓口压力不超过0.50MPa。
 自喷系统在地下水泵房内设二台自喷给水泵，控制配水管压力不超过0.4Mpa并且满足火灾初期最不利点喷头的喷水压力。
