辽宁制造业供应链知识管理模式与研究方法

摘    要
 制造业是关系国民经济及综合国力的战略性产业，其发展水平反映国家在科学技术、设计、工艺、材料开发、加工等方面的综合能力，是决定国家在世界经济发展进程中保持自主地位的关键因素。对于处在工业化中期的中国而言，制造业的成功发展必将加速我国工业化的进程，而制造业的成功发展离不开先进的管理思想。随着党的十六大提出振兴东北老工业基地的计划，制造业成了辽宁工业体系的主体，制造业的成功发展对辽宁老工业基地的振兴起到了重大意义。随着产业的不断发展和开放合作的不断深入，辽宁制造业面临着新的发展机遇。同时，由于跨国公司的进入辽宁制造业也面临严峻的挑战。
 本文在整理国内外学术界有关知识管理问题研究成果和分析辽宁制造业的现状的基础上，从知识管理，知识管理模式与方法进行研究，包括相关理论的提出，概念，类型等方面。首先，对传统企业进行知识管理模式与方法的研究。其次，在其基础上提出了对基于信息技术的制造业企业联盟的知识管理模式与方法的研究，从知识管理博弈模型对辽宁制造业联盟进行了研究。
 本文的研究对制造业知识管理进行系统、全面透析，对基于信息技术的制造业知识管理模式和方法与传统企业知识管理模式和方法进行了比较，提出了基于信息技术的制造业知识管理模式与方法的优势。同时，运用了动态的博弈模型分析，说明当市场上，上游企业处于垄断地位，下游企业的市场竞争较为激烈时，该均衡将由于上游企业结成大联盟，此时，下游企业利润为零。

Abstract
 Manufacturing is a comprehensively national strength of the national economy and strategic industries, and their level of development reflect the countries in science and technology, design, technology, materials development, processing of the integrated capability of the national development process in the world economy to maintain their own status a key factor. For industrialization in the mid-China, the successful development of the manufacturing sector is bound to accelerate the process of industrialization in China, and the successful development of the manufacturing sector can not be separated from advanced management ideas. With the party's National Congress to revive the northeast old industrial base, manufacturing has become the mainstay of industrial system in Liaoning, the successful development of the manufacturing sector has played a major revitalization of significance in the old industrial base of Liaoning. With the continuous development of industry and open the deepening of cooperation, Liaoning's manufacturing industry is facing new opportunities for development. At the same time, the entry of multinational companies in manufacturing industry in Liaoning is facing tough challenges.
 In this paper, finishing at home and abroad in the academic knowledge of management issues related to research and analyze the status of the manufacturing industry in Liaoning, based on knowledge management, knowledge management models and methods of research, including relevant theory, concepts, types and so on. First of all, the paper will study the traditional model of enterprise knowledge management research and Methods. Secondly, on the information technology-based manufacturing enterprises in the League of knowledge management models and methods of research, from the knowledge management game model of Liaoning Union the paper conducted a study of the manufacturing sector.
 This study carried out on manufacturing knowledge management system, a comprehensive dialysis, information technology-based manufacturing model and methods of knowledge management enterprise knowledge management with traditional patterns and methods of comparison, based on the manufacturing of information technology knowledge management model and advantages. At the same time, the use of a dynamic game model analysis shows that when the market, the upper reaches of corporate monopoly in the upstream and downstream enterprises in the more intense market competition, the balance will be due to the upper reaches of large enterprises to form alliances at this time, the lower reaches of corporate profits to zero.
