兴隆百货（沈阳）发展摩尔经营业态的具体对策

摘　要

 近年来，随着我国经济快速增长，消费需求不断变化，零售业取得了迅猛发展。传统的以百货业态为主的零售业态也日趋向多样化模式转变，以连锁为组织特征的超级市场、便民连锁店正异军突起，与百货商场共同构成我国零售业态主体结构模式，摩尔业态成了当前百货业的一种发展趋势。Mall全称Shopping Mall，音译“摩尔”，指规模巨大，集购物、休闲、娱乐、饮食等于一体，通过设置大面积百货和超市大卖场及大量不同行业的各类专卖店，儿童及青年游乐设施，文化广场，餐饮等休闲娱乐项目，能满足全客层的一站式购物消费和一站式享受（文化、娱乐、休闲、餐饮、展览、服务、旅游观光）的特大型综合购物娱乐中心，属于一种新型的复合型商业业态。
本文根据我国零售业目前发展现状，阐述了兴隆百货（沈阳）经营的发展历程，针对兴隆百货（沈阳）经营现状及经营中存在的问题，对兴隆百货经营业态转变的原因进行了分析，提出了兴隆百货（沈阳）发展摩尔经营业态的具体对策，最后对国内百货业的未来发展趋势进行了分析研究，提出了面对更加激烈的市场竞争环境，兴隆百货集团进一步发展的思考。

 Abstract:Recent years, along with our country economy growth fast, expended the demand to change unceasingly, the retail trade has obtained the swift and violent development. The tradition also day by day transforms by the general merchandise industry condition primarily retail trade condition to the diverse pattern, take chain-like as organization characteristic supermarket, convenient chain store sudden appearance of a new force, together constituted our country retail trade condition main body structure pattern with the department store, the Mall Industry Condition has become the current general merchandise industry one kind of trend of development. Mall full title Shopping Mall, transliterates “the mall”, refers to the scale to be huge, the collection shopping, the leisure, the entertainment, the diet were equal to a body, through establishes the big area general merchandise and the supermarket sells the field and massive different profession each kind of exclusive agency greatly, the child and the youth amuses the facility, the cultural square, leisure entertainment projects and so on dining, can satisfy the entire guest level the "one-stop" work style shopping expense and the "one-stop" work style enjoy (culture, entertainment, leisure, dining, display, service, traveling sightseeing) the extra large type synthesis shopping recreation center, belongs to one kind of new multi-skill trade industry condition.
 This article according to our country retail trade to develop the present situation at present, elaborated the prosperous general merchandise (Shenyang) manages the development course, (Shenyang) manages the question in view of the prosperous general merchandise which in the present situation and the management exists, has carried on the analysis to the prosperous general merchandise after business condition transformation reason, proposed the prosperous general merchandise (Shenyang) develops the mole after the business condition concrete countermeasure, finally has conducted the analysis research to the domestic general merchandise industry future trend of development, proposed facing the more intense market competition environment, the ponder which the prosperous general merchandise group further develops.
