Abstract
With coming globalization time of information economy and polity economy,the information has been replaced capital and regarded as one of the most core resource. So achieving information and communication become the first leading reality, communication. Capital, human resource is the most leading factors in business management. From this view, management communication equals the modern business management,communication is the soul of business management.
Based on the management communication and the realistic employee. Relationship management in company, this paper gives out how to use effective management communication in the employee relationship management.
The paper first analyses the present employee relationship management in discovers the undesirable problem in the management action, then gives out there solution for it: improving the effective management communication.
Then the paper gives out the resolution to the problem: using and improving effective communication. This designing project will carry through from three parts at the same time, including department manager, general employees, human resource department. To managers, mainly improve their communication ability and skills a steam leader; to general employee, mainly improve their personal communication skills; to HR department, mainly emphasize communicating with new employee.
