绿色供应链在机电行业的应用

摘要

 随着经济的日益发展，环保法规的日益严格和公众环境意识的不断提高，企业应该更加注重环境的保护意识，促进可持续发展战略。客户要求企业提供更为安全和环境友好型的产品与服务；企业员工要求所从事的工作对生命安全、健康与环境不造成损害；环境有偿使用的观念已经形成，社会要求企业要对生产经营造成的污染及损失负责并予以赔偿。与此同时，供应链要求不断地整合流程来减少成本和更好地服务消费者，企业不得不开始考虑经营目标和环境的双赢问题。当环保和能源问题在企业供应链运作中被考虑时，绿色供应链管理的思想应运而生。
 本文基于对中国机电行业现状的分析和研究，提出了绿色供应链的目的就是从系统的观点出发，综合运用现代管理技术和方法，以提高环境绩效。本文主要分析了绿色供应商的选择及评价体系；绿色供应链的运营环境体系；浙江省机电行业的现状和应遵循的一些法律，法规体系；在机电制造业中绿色供应链的具体建立及实施，在其实施过程中政府和机电企业应采取的一些措施和政策。

THE APPLICATION OF GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN IN THE ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL  ENTERPRISES

ABSTRACT

 With the rapid increasing of economic development, environmental protection regulations, the increasingly stringent environmental and the continual improving of public awareness, the enterprises should pay more attention to environmental protection performance, and promoting sustainable development strategy. Enterprise customers with a more secure and environmentally friendly products and services; Employee requirements for a safety of life, health and the environment without causing damage; environmental compensation for the use of the concept has been formed, social enterprise to the production and operation of the pollution and loss responsibility and pay compensation. Meanwhile, supply chain integration should continue to flow to reduce costs and provide better service for consumers. Enterprises have to start thinking about management objectives and environmental win-win issue. When environmental and energy issues in the enterprise supply chain operations while being considered, the green supply chain management ideas emerged.
 This article is based on the analysis and research of Chinese electromechanical industry. First, the concept of green supply chain is from the system point of view, using the integrated of technology and modern management methods, to achieve greater environmental performance objectives. The paper also wrote a green vendor selection, as well as its evaluation system; Green supply chain operating environment system; the status quo of Zhejiang electromechanical industry and the laws and legal system should to be flowed; and the implementation of the establishment of specific of green supply chain in the electromechanical manufacturing .Last introduce the certain measures and policies that the government and the industry should adopt in the process of implementation of GSC.
