基于价值链驱动的物流作业流程优化—以杭州神州数码有限公司为例
内 容 摘  要

 随着经济全球化的飞速发展，在其他成本领域都相对比较完善的情况下，物流成本的管理变的越来越重要。在我国企业也开始意识到物流在管理活动中的重要性后，目前虽然有些研究已开始涉足物流成本管理中的“冰山现象”的思想，但是，在核算和评价方法方面，仍然沿用传统的财务会计体系。
 而这并不能很好的对物流成本进行核算，由此去发现物流过程中产生的费用成本不合理的地方。作业成本法为物流作业管理提供了有效的成本核算工具，企业利用作业成本法所得到的信息，在作业分析的基础上，对物流作业流程进行改善，实行有效的作业管理，从而实现物流总成本最低和作业流程最优的目标。
    如何进行有效的作业管理，就引出基于价值链的作业成本管理方法，这是将作业中心的作业活动按照其所有的价值性进行有机的重组或结合，通过对企业的发展方向、价值取向的把握，最终使发展能力和发展速度起到一定的指导和促进，以提高其管理效率。
 本文我将杭州神州数码有限公司物流中心为例，从物流作业成本、价值链、流程再造这几个角度分析、研究物流中心作业情况，运用价值链分析，找到关键的价值驱动因素，对物流作业进行流程再造，简化物流作业，优化企业价值链。
 首先，阐述论文的选题背景、研究目的与意义、研究的任务与目标。分析物流成本管理在国内外研究现状。
 然后介绍作业成本及其方法和价值链及其分析方法，同时阐述这两种管理方法之间的关系。在这个方法论的基础上，结合实际例子进行分析。
 最后对全文进行了总结，对本次优化设计的不足之处进行归纳及展望。

 ABSTRACT

 
 With the rapid development of economic globalization, the cost in other areas is relatively good conditions; the logistics cost management becomes increasingly important. In recent years, with the logistics and supply chain management around the world boom, China's logistics companies are beginning to realize the importance of the management activities, although some studies have now started to engage in logistics cost management in the "iceberg phenomenon" of thinking, However, in the accounting and evaluation methods, still following the traditional financial accounting system.
 Costing management of logistics operations provide an effective cost accounting tools, business use of costing information obtained in the operation based on the analysis, improvement of logistics processes, effective operations management, in order to achieve the total cost of logistics minimum and optimal workflow goals.
 The 21st century enterprise value should be set up all the value-added activities are customer-centric concepts, by providing value for customers to obtain the value of value. Operating costs based on value chain management is to operating centers operating activities, in combination, through enterprise development; capacity development and development play a certain direction and speed of promotion, to improve their management efficiency.
 This paper I’ll take Hangzhou Digital China Co., Ltd. logistics center for example. From the cost of logistics operations, value chain, process reengineering points of view to research operations in logistics. With the value chain method, find the value of the key drivers of the logistics operations. Simplify logistics operations, optimizing business value chain.
 First, the paper described the research background, purpose and meaning, of the mission and goals. Analysis of logistics cost management in the research status.
 Then, introduce operational cost management and value chain management relations, based on operations analysis and value chain analysis method, combined with practical examples for analysis.
 Finally, summarize the shortcomings and prospects.
