水泵制造企业车间管理的研究

摘  要
 随着全球经济一体化步伐进一步加快，世界范围内的竞争日趋激烈,多品种、多工序和小批量的情况已经成为现代制造业的主要生产特征，因此就要求制造企业能够合理安排工序，高效地利用资源，减少工期，降低成本。完成这些都需要对车间进行有效的管理，而车间管理的核心是车间调度。有效的车间生产调度方法和优化技术的研究和应用是实现先进制造和提高生产效率的基础和关键。
 本文首先对制造业的车间生产调度现状进行分析，明确制造业在车间调度管理方面的问题。其次对车间调度问题进行了研究，介绍了车间调度问题的一些基本概念，并分析了车间调度在车间管理中的重要性。然后对车间调度问题的理论与方法进行了具体的研究，对各种优化算法的进行比较分析，得出各自的优缺点。最后结合杭州大路实业有限公司机加工车间实际生产情况，发现存在的调度问题，然后运用优化算法对其调度进行改进，有效地提高了其生产效率。

ABSTRACT

 With the pace of global economic integration accelerating gradually, the world is becoming more and more competitive. The situation of multi-species, multi-processes and low-volume has become a leading production characteristics in modern manufacturing. Therefore it is necessary for manufacturing enterprises to arrange reasonable manufacturing processes, use resources efficiently, reduce producing period and make lower costs. However it is required effective management for workshop to accomplish it. The core of workshop management is the Workshop Scheduling. Effective methods of workshop production scheduling and optimization technology of research and application is the base and the key to achieve advanced manufacturing and improve production efficiency.
 Firstly this paper make an analysis of the Status of workshop production scheduling in manufacturing and make the problem in workshop scheduling management in manufacturing clearly. Secondly, it do some research on workshop scheduling and introduce the basic theory of workshop scheduling, it also analyses the importance of the workshop scheduling in workshop management. Thirdly, it do specific research on the theory and methods about workshop scheduling and make a comparative analysis about various optimization methods, and acquire their own advantages and disadvantages. Finally, compared the actual production of processing workshop in Hangzhou Dalu Industry Co., Ltd, We can find the scheduling problem, then use optimization algorithm to improve their scheduling, which improve the efficiency of their production.
