基础部件企业生产管理的研究

摘 要

 进入21世纪，制造业仍然是我国国民经济的支柱产业，是国家经济发展的基石。自改革开放以来，中国经过20多年的持续发展，现在已经成为世界上名副其实的制造业大国，但远不能被称为制造业强国。制造业在经济迅猛发展的时代背景下，正面临着国内国外的双重竞争压力。
 因此，基础部件企业作为制造业的生力军，利用信息工具改变现有的不合理流程，提高工作效率是生存和发展的必由之路。在此基础上，本文对制造业在ERP系统环境下进行流程再造的相关问题进行了研究。
 本文首先提出了课题研究的背景和现实意义，从国内流程管理的研究现状出发，探索针对基础部件制造型企业的流程分析和优化方案，支持企业建立快速、高效的流程，提高组织柔性和适应性，为流程管理的进一步发展作积极的探索。
 其次从我国基础部件企业的实际状况分析入手，研究了信息化在解决基础部件企业问题中的发展与不足，提出了将ERP系统应用于制造业信息化建设中。虽然ERP系统在应用中尚存在不足，但是却十分必要。
 然后通过对企业资源计划(ERP，Enterprise Resource planning )和流程再造(BPR，Business Process Reengineering)基本理论的研究，分析了二者的互动关系。
      最后通过对实际案例的利用论证了本文提出的理论，对于指导企业信息化建设中的业务流程再造具有一定的意义。

ABSTRACT

  Entered for the 21st century, the manufacturing industry still was our country national economy pillar industry, was the state economy development cornerstone. Since the reform and open policy, China has passed through more than 20 years continually development, now already becomes the manufacturing industry great nation which in the world is worthy of the name, but far cannot be called the manufacturing industry powerful nation. The manufacturing industry in under the economical swift and violent development time back-ground is facing the domestic overseas dual competition pressure.
 Therefore, the manufacturing industry changes the existing unreasonable flow using the information tool, enhances the working efficiency is the survival and the development way that must be taken. In this foundation, this article carried on the flow restoration to the manufacturing industry under the ERP system environment the related question to conduct the research.                              
 This article first proposed the topic research background and the practical significance. Embarks from the domestic flow management research present situation, explores in view of the manufacture enterprise's flow analysis and the optimization plan, supports the enterprise to establish, the highly effective flow fast, enhances the organization flexibility and the compatibility, and makes the positive exploration for the flow management further development.
 Next from our country manufacturing industry actual condition analysis obtaining，Has studied the informationization in the solution political record problems development and the insufficiency, proposed applies the ERP system in the manufacturing industry informationization construction. Although the ERP system still had the insufficiency in the application, still extremely was actually essential.
 Then through to the ERP (ERP, Enterprise Resource planning) and BPR (BPR, Business Process Reengineering) the elementary theory research, has analyzed the two interaction relations.     
 Finally through has proven the theory to the actual case use which this article proposed, has certain significance regarding the instruction enterprise informationization construction in service flow restoration.
