ABSTRACT
In recent years, a large number of small and medium enterprises developed slowly,and the effectiveness were reduced,phenomenon of losses and bankruptcy is increasing year by year. In most small and medium enterprises, factory layout designed arbitrarily, logistics systems were unreasonable. Through logistics system-to-business analysis and systems layout re-designing, you can optimize the production logistics, reduce production costs and improve the efficiency of enterprises.
This article elaborated the relevant theories and methods of logistics systems analysis and layout designing, and used logistics systems analysis on Xiang Shang Xiang Long electric plant, re-designing its layout with layout designing methodology to make entire logistics systems more rational, reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.
The first chapter elaborated the background and significance about thesis topics, research methods and the application status of logistics system analysis and layout designing in production enterprises.
The second chapter summarized the relevant theories and methods of logistics system analysis and layout designing.
The third chapter studied the status of facilities layout and logistics in Xiang Shang Xiang Long electrical plant.
The fourth chapter used logistics-related systems analysis methods, relationship between the operating units and SLP to improve the logistics system of Xiang Shang Xiang Long electrical plant.
The fifth chapter summarized the full text, and forecast future research work.
