摘 要 设计题目为某市航空发动机组试车间噪声控制。发动机组在运行噪声主要为机械性噪声和涡汽流噪声,属中高频噪声。发动机组总A计权声压级为:121.5 dB(A),要求降噪治理后,操作室声压级 ≤65 dB(A)。噪声控制措施:操作室墙面满铺30 mm厚铝穿孔吸声板,100 mm安装后空腔;天花满铺30 mm厚铝穿孔吸声板,200 mm安装后空腔门为隔声门。试车间墙面满铺25 mm厚不锈钢穿孔吸声板,50 mm安装后空腔;采用声闸双重隔声门,尺寸分别为2.4×1.64 m、2.149×1.04 m;双层3×8 mm厚防弹玻璃隔声窗,50 mm空腔;进风口选用阻性消声器,尺寸为5×3×2 m,消声片为150 mm厚不锈钢护面。治理后,操作室总声压级由121.5 dB(A)降至58.25 dB(A)。 关键词:噪声控制 穿孔吸声板 隔声门 阻性消声器
