农用拖拉机机罩的外型设计

摘     要

 此次设计的拖拉机机罩是适用于一种水旱兼用的中型农用轮式拖拉机。在水旱兼用的条件下，为提高拖拉机外观的使用寿命，在设计时要充分考虑机罩应具有一定的结构强度、刚度、隔尘、散热、美观等要求。机罩前面呈流线型与机罩上盖相连接，前机罩横向纵向呈曲线型，机罩前面大灯两侧凸起与机罩上盖连成一体。本课题从55马力的农用拖拉机底盘的结构特点出发，进行外型设计。介绍了该拖拉机的机罩的组成部分，重要零件的结构特点和绘图过程，以及装配的整个流程，在结论部分，也描述了日后改进的具体措施和方法。此产品设计新颖，美观大方，成本低，结构简单，安装方便，驾驶室舒适、安全。设计的整个过程应用计算机软件进行模拟加工和装配最后得出效果图，此效果图比例为1:1，直观地反映出所设计的机罩的每一处结构，为以后的持续改进奠定了基础。

The agricultural tractor covering external shape design
Abstract
 The design of the tractor hood is for use either in a kind of floods, droughts and medium-sized agricultural wheeled tractors. Use either in drought conditions, to enhance the appearance of the life of tractor, should give full consideration in the design hood should have some structural strength, stiffness, dust, heat, beauty requirements. Streamlined front hood was connected with the machine cast cover, front hood was curved lengthwise, hood bulge and the machine in front headlights cast cover on both sides as close. The issue of agricultural tractors from 55 hp characteristics of the chassis structure, for exterior design. Presented the tractor hood part of the important parts of the structural features and mapping process, and the entire assembly process, in conclusion, it describes the future improvement of specific measures and methods. This design is novel, beautiful, low cost, simple structure, easy installation, cab comfort and safety. The whole process designed using computer software to simulate the final processing and assembly drawn renderings, this effect Figure 1:1, directly reflect the design of everywhere hood structure for later laid the foundation for continuous improvement.
