树木刷白机设计

摘    要
 针对人工对树木刷白而产生的浪费劳动力，时间等诸多缺点，本文根据模块化设计的思想，通过模拟人工刷白的方法设计了半自动化的树木刷白机。对树木刷白机的各个功能模块进行了选择和设计并进行详细的设计、计算、校核、选型。分析了树木刷白机要求实现的功能要求；研究了树木刷白机的系统构成及功能，各元器件的选型方法，以及系统的实现方式等。
 树木刷白机是一个简单的机电一体化产品，融合了机械、液压，电机等相关技术。其主要技术路线是对树木刷白主体进行详细的设计、计算、校核、选型，以实现指定的功能。
 本设计主要包括了树木刷白机的定位机构、升降机构、夹持机构、供液机构等具体结构设计和总体方案设计。完成设计图纸折合A0图纸2张，设计说明书1份，外文翻译15000字符。

Abstract
Against the disadvantage of wasting labor, time and natural resources, this article in accordance with the method of modular design, by simulating the design of the artificial method of the semi-automated limewash machine. The various functions of the machine modules been chosen and optimized, as the same time it correct detailed design, calculation, verification, Selection. Analysis of the mechanical demands of the functional requirements; Research on the mechanical system structure and function, the selection of components, as well as the realization of the system and so on.
 
The limewash Machine is a simple mechanical-electrical integration products, the integration of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and other related technologies. The main technique of the machine in detail are the design, calculation, verification, selection, in order to achieve the specified function,

This design are mainly including the positioning body, lifting body, gripping body fluid for the design of institutions and the overall program design .This design article include two papers of size AO blueprint , design specification , foreign-language translation of 15000 characters .
