Abstract
Self-balancing method is a new pile testing methods, is a directly measured tip resistance and friction of the static pile load test new methodologies. Currently the site of detection technology is used by a pile of self-balancing technology, which is used pile, load boxes, and lots of steel. Although the pile than to rely on traditional technologies that save a lot of load, a lot easier, so the cost can still very high, and the workload is relatively large, this idea of new, alternative technology products is very necessary and valuable . We are inspired by this general idea on a new detection device.This installment is the displacement stick in the foundation piles static load testing method. The primary displacement stick is replaced by the reinforcing steel bar and add the protecting cannulation in exterior. But this method needs very long steel tube, and the expense is very big. Therefore in this foundation we should redesign simple and cheap installment. We can use steel wire in stead of the reinforcing steel bar overpass the interior of the plastic water pipe. Then the original needs of more than 20 meters long steel tube can be replaced by less than 1 meter. The various components of the device compose a whole, so it can greatly reduce the economic costs and construction difficulties, and so on. At the same time, This text has introduced the existing problem of the device and way to solve the problem to existing in detail too.
