Abstract
The Issues is about the Simulation of MSM 2103 for the flexible manufacturing production lines. Construct a line of Processing and assembling . Study the methods of Flexible production lines established. Including the production of the initial parts through EXSL-WIN7. And how to arrange the lines. Later, establish linkages signal. Prepare system control procedures in robot language ACL. Complete the running of the production line. So do high production efficiency, but with the low-input hardware in the production. Thereby , to improve the Advanced and flexible in the production. To have the effective for the production of modern development. So that , we can Really provide a combination of mechanical and electrical integration Preparation system control procedures through the robot programming language . By building a flexible manufacture production line with five parts,completely establishe a simple control of the automated process, from the production, transportation to assembly,and then as well as the whole process simulation.
Using SL programming system " EXSL-WIN " processing parts, prepare the spare parts that flexible manufacture production line needed, establishe the simulation model in MSM simulation software.
