Abstract
The paper suggest that the macroscopic view characteristic property of the medium in the electrostatic field, some properties of media's performance under the electric field's polarization course, and with the signal flow diagram discussed the polarization process of uniform medium and the polarization process of general circumstances isotropic dielectric linear. Dielectric coefficient reflects the media's storage capacity charge and energy in alternating electric field, the polarization of media is different from the media in different situation; dielectric loss, including the cause of conductivity loss, relaxation polarization loss, resonant loss, and the relationships with the frequency of the electric field in , low-frequency, high frequency anomalous dispersion area.
