This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter issues, topics on the background and the purpose. Chapter II illustrate the status of customer relationship management in present situation, the concept of customer relationship management system, and so on. Chapter III go into details to analyze the China-EU customer relationship management system, including the feasibility-analysis, the user-needs-analysis, data-flow-analysis. Chapter IV on the China-EU customer relationship management system design, including a summary design and detailed design of information systems, detailed design also includes a database design, code design, interface design, and so on.
