决策方法在确定企业资本结构中的应用

摘     要
 企业资本结构是企业筹资决策的核心问题。企业的资本结构是否适当决定着企业未来发展的成败。企业的筹资方式可分为债务筹资和权益筹资两大类。一般意义上的资本结构就是指债务资本和权益资本（自有资本）的比例关系。
 对于一个企业来说，什么样的资本结构是最佳的呢？最佳资本结构就是公司在适度财务风险的条件下，使其预期的综合资本成本率最低，同时公司价值最大的资本结构。本文通过对资本结构理论和影响资本结构的因素进行深入的探讨和研究，给出了评价确定最佳资本结构的标准，并且通过实例对资本成本法、每股利润法、公司价值比较法等决策方法进行深入的分析与研究，对企业在确定资本结构时选择合理的决策方法有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
 Corporate capital structure decision-making is the core issue of funding. The capital structure of enterprises, determine the adequacy of the success or failure of future development of enterprises. Business financing and debt financing can be divided into two major categories of rights and interests of fund-raising. General sense refers to the capital structure of debt capital and equity capital (equity capital) ratio between.
 For a business, what kind of capital structure is the best of it? Is the best capital structure of financial risk in moderate conditions, it is expected to comprehensive lowest cost of capital, while the value of the company's largest capital structure. Based on the capital structure theory and the factors that affect the capital structure to conduct in-depth exploration and study, is given an evaluation to determine the optimal capital structure of the standards and the cost of capital through the example of France, share of profits law, comparative law, such as the value of the company decision-making methods to conduct in-depth research and validation will help to determine the capital structure of enterprises in the selection of rational decision-making methods.
