基于PROFIBUS-DP的控制系统通信互连

摘　　要
 
 现场总线是用来连接智能化仪器仪表、控制器、执行机构等现场设备的一种串行，数字式，多点通信的数据网络。PROFIBUS现场总线以其卓越的技术性能，在全世界范围内得到了广泛的应用。
 首先本文对PROFIBUS的通信协议以及设备类型做了详细研究，搭建基于PROFIBUS协议通信方式的变频调速系统。本系统使用PC机作为上位机，西门子S7-300系列PLC作为主站，S7-200 PLC作为从站，并使用STEP 7软件导入GSD文件，将整个系统组态起来，实现系统通信的互联；然后针对无PROFIBUS接口设备研究开发通信模块，协议本身比较复杂，使用专用的通信处理，就可以加速协议的执行，减少开发时间，本文介绍了使用SPC3协议芯片开发PROFIBUS-DP从站的软硬设计方法，详细描述了GSD文件的格式，以及如何使用GSD editer来编写GSD文件。

Communication Interlink of Control
System Based on PROFIBUS Fieldbus
ABSTRACT

 Fieldbus is a kind of data network that is used to connect the field devices such as intellectual appliance, controllers, implementing agencies. This data network is a kind of communication with such cha        racteristics as serial, figurative and multipoint. The excellent technical skill of PROFIBUS Fieldbus has been put into a wide application in the whole world.
 First，this thesis will make a specific research for the communication protocol and equipment types,and establish frequency conversion control system based on the PROFIBUS protocol. This system use PC as position machine,siemens S7-300 PLC as master, siemens S7- 200 as slave,Siemens STEP 7 software could lead in the GSD document and configure the whole system, and the realization of communication connection in the system; And then, in allusion to the equipment without  PROFIBUS interface I empolder the communication module. The protocol itself is complicated. The use of special communication can speed up implementing protocol and reduce the developing time. This thesis makes an introduction on the software design method by using SPC3 protocol chip to develop PROFIBUS-DP slave，and then makes a detailed description of the pattern of the GSD document and how to program GSD document by using GSD editer.
