　　本文对嘉禾物业管理系统进行了详细的分析和设计，利用可视化开发工具DREAMWEAVER建设基于WEB的运行平台，实现方便快捷的前端WEB登录和查询，为了使界面统一整洁，使用DREAMWEAVER中的层叠样式表CSS使格式规范化；为了确保系统登录密码的安全性，系统中利用MD5算法对密码进行加密；利用ASP技术作为服务器端脚本程序环境；通过分析数据得出使用关系数据库Access作为后台数据库，完全可以满足需求；使用ADO技术中的连接字符串方式直接连接数据库，方便快捷；采用DREAMWEAVER中的超文本标记语言HTML语言、ASP自带的VBScript脚本语言以及关系数据库语言SQL完成所有代码的编写工作，最终使用ASP技术和ADO技术对数据库进行操作和维护。本系统在开发过程中运用软件工程的思想，首先与本小区的嘉禾物业管理公司沟通，了解他们的需求，并制定详细的需求分析，然后根据需求分析设计了系统要实现的功能，并简单的介绍了系统开发所需的关键技术，最终实现了对嘉禾物业管理系统的开发。
　　嘉禾物业管理系统就是利用ASP技术和WBE数据库相结合实现的，它具有数据输入、数据查询和修改功能，其界面友好，操作方便，如果运用到实践中，完全可以提高工作效率，而且使物业管理公司与信息化技术接轨，基本上实现“无纸化办公”。

　　This article has carried on the detailed analysis and the design to the Jiahe estate management system, the use visualization development kit DREAMWEAVER to construct based on the WEB movement platform, realization convenience quick front end WEB registers with the inquiry, in order to cause the contact surface unification to be neat, uses in DREAMWEAVER cascading style table CSS to cause the form standardization; In order to guarantee the system to register the password the security, in the system carries on the encryption using the MD5 algorithm to the password; Takes the server end script procedure environment using the ASP technology;

This system utilizes the software engineering in the performance history the thought, first communicates with this plot Jiahe estate management company, understood their demand, and formulates the detailed demand analysis, then has designed the function according to the demand analysis which the system must realize, and the simple introduction system development has needed the key technologies, has finally realized to the Jiahe estate management system development.
　　The Jiahe estate management system is unifies the realization using the ASP technology and the WBE database, it has the data feeds, the data inquiry and the revision function, its contact surface is friendly, ease of operation, if utilizes in the practice, definitely may enhance the working efficiency, moreover causes the estate management company and the informationization technology trail connection, basically realizes “the paperless work”.
