Abstract In this paper, the definition of physical fitness training and necessity of badminton are theoretically analyzed. In order to meet the skills and tactics “fast, aggressive, accurate and flexible” of our traditional requirements, the physical fitness training must included “Power”, “speed” and “endurance”. The training methods of these three areas are discussed in detail. In addition, I sum up the training course of myself over years for the various age groups, that to explore the scientific training methods, which also provide a subsequent reference to physical fitness training and has great practical significance.
