本设计首先介绍了大小球分类的工作示意图和工作流程图,分析了控制系统的要求。紧接着对大小球分类控制系统提出了三种不同的设计方案,通过比较并结合控制系统的要求,决定选用PLC状态编程方案。然后根据工作流程图,对各个工作环节作了详细的描述,并给出了相应的操作程序。根据本设计的控制特点:选择性分支,分别对分支状态和汇合状态作了描述,再综合起来得到系统状态转移图,由此得出对应的梯形图程序和系统指令表。根据控制要求,结合程序设计,得到系统电路图和系统接线图,列出了所需要的元器件表。接着是调试部分,列出了相应的操作步骤。最后是对本设计的总结
