Abstract
With the mechanical processing technology improving, not only mechanical components required to meet the targets under the work, but also that of its compact and lightweight as possible, saving the material and can improve safety. Semi-feeding for 4LB1.5 Harvester transfer box of quality problems, the establishment of a transfer box strength for dynamic finite element model of static, then use the Cosmosworks to calculate the spindle box at a given stress distribution under pressure were simulated. Through some typical box under transfer box simulation results of stress distribution evaluation to determine the fixed points of the most susceptible to deformation box, resulting in displacement of the high stress area. On this basis, then the use of optimization software, select a few typical optimization variables, the ultimate goal is to make the spindle box strength to meet the stress requirements in the case of maximum ease its quality.
