Stamping is the important processing methods in machinofacture, and the mold design determines the characteristics of stamping dies and stamping itself on the accuracy of workpiece.This thesis combines the actual production and apply our professional theoretical knowledge, to develop and improve our ability to work independently,consolidation and expansion of the content learned in class. Through this design, hold cold stamping die design methods and procedures,master the basic skills of stamping die design,understanding of the basic structure of the mold, improve our ability of design, graphics capability.
This article is a small press die design and automatic feed mechanism. The pieces of material thickness is 0.5mm, dimension tolerance of lax, the maximum utilization according to the material stamping layout, center distance smaller. So the shortest distance to consider the edge of the hole. Design model and the fixed plate bump when leaving enough headroom to prevent hard-interference. The stamping press when the first punch hole, then blanking. Meanwhile, for the convenience of automated production, improve production efficiency, I designed for the small mold a simple feed mechanism
