Abstract
Nano-aluminum industry in many areas has been widely used, their preparation methods can be divided into solid-state, gas, liquid law. Sol - gel is prepared Nanoparticles one of the important technical, as a wet chemical synthesis methods, with simple equipment, technology easy to control, purity and uniformity of Powders high, and low cost advantages.
In this paper, isopropanol aluminum (Al (C3H7O) 3) as raw materials, by sol - prepared by nano-gel alumina (Al2O3) powder. X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) observation phase, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observed particle morphology, on a surfactant, such as nano-technology calcined Al2O3 powder characteristics and the impact of the mechanism.
The results show that different types of surfactants calcined alumina powder after the nano-phase composition little effect on the morphology of nano-aluminum powder and a greater dispersion of the impact of nano-burning temperature Al particle crystal, a greater impact on the size and morphology; 900 ℃ following the calcination temperature will be entitled to γ-Al2O3, 1000 ℃ above calcination the temperature will be entitled to all of the a-Al2O3 phase.
