摘 要
本文介绍挤压技术的特点、展望、以及受力计算和工艺特点。以立杆的正挤压成形为例,分析了立杆正挤时金属流动的特点和影响其流动的主要因数,以及挤压件可能出现的缺陷。应用工程法对立杆压制后应力与应变的分析以及压制力计算。根据立杆的产品尺寸与形状及相关的数据文件,论述该零件冷挤压毛坯的制备、表面处理及冷挤压工艺流程,确定挤压件图,并构思出冷挤压模具简图及其特点。

Abstract
The graduation thesis mainly introduces characteristic, development potential, strength calculation, technologic analysis of Extrusion Technology.It takes direction extrusion forming of upright for an example.Firstly, it analyzes characteristic of metal fluidity in direction extrusion process of upright , its impact factor and normal defects.And then it analyzes the stress and strain of metalan and process of Strength calculation by Engineering approach. According to the size and shape of production and the relevant database files, the preparation and superficial treatment of the blank and process flows are introduced and the extrusion part is formulated.At the end, mould nephogram is carried out and introduced.
