Abstract
This paper takes the Guiyang Xudong school as an example. By using the methods, such as questionnaire survey, case interview, material analysis and so on, the paper describes the present situation of Xudong school and analyzes the predicament and the problems that the present peasant laborer Dependent's school faces. Based on the analysis, it finally analyzes the influence about the new policy. From the analysis, this paper points out all sorts of hindrance which peasant laborer Dependent's school faces during the raising the second generations. If only depending upon “relying on their own effort to revive”, the peasant laborer Dependent's school will fall into difficulty at present. At last, in view of the different problems in present situation, the paper proposes the related suggestion to make certain exploration on solving the problems of peasant laborer Dependent's school.
