With the applying and development of the modern electronic technology and communication technology , the internet flow is sweeping over the world. The enterprise space of existence and competition turns their step into internet market from traditional market , as well as the company’s marketing way . The internet marketing actually is a competition in which the company struggle for customers resources , especially in the electronic business platform .Because the product and service which they provide is almost the same , what they can do is just to build a bridge between the enterprise and the customers in order to catch the customers appreciate through the endeavor of the sellers ,then they can get the competitive advantage and success . Therefore, the way that we focus on customers, pay attention to getting hold of customers resource , meet customer’s need gradually and create value for customers ,establish a long good and good relationship with customer, get the customer’s trust , is the key factors to the success of the net marketing . This text is based on the research of HANGZHOU Mingtong science and technology Co., Ltd. In order to make some improve in getting the customers resources and maximizing the benefits , I analysis the operating way of the company , define bottle-neck Problem on CRM system and propose my own idea on analysising and designing a CRM system which is suitable for the enterprise according my knowledge.
