In this thesis, the DC servo control system used for the work set that numerical control machine tool. Realizes in order to the auto feed, auto machining and in unmanned interfered condition, it's auto completes of process the machining. So, it's very high request to accuracy for the servo system, including the machine accuracy, electric circuit accuracy and control accuracy. At present, the research concerning DC servo control system has achieve to maturity. It has a lot of research in domestic and international, so, the data concerning this is still more.
About design method, in this paper, it’s particular introduced the machine part of the DC servo control system and control electro circuit’s design process. The servo control system accomplished by integrate manage mechanism design, electrician, automatic control and mechatronic all the system use SCR control the timing, use SCM control feed quantity, use grating sensor control the corner of the servo electromotor, get across the system of measure and compare. Finally, realization the system’s servo action, get across the man-machine interface and machinery and power-generating equipment interface, realization control of the system.
