Analysy on application effect of arc brace in foudation pit

ABSTRACT: The deformation analysis and control technology is one of hot and difficult problem in geotechnique engineering. Firstly, the deformation is briefly introduced after the excavation unloading. Secondly, the straight brace supporting system in foundation pit, which can not restore the deformation and adapt to the regulatory uncertainty, is summarized. Finally, combined with the deformation characteristics in foundation pit and the function that arch structure can perform larger heretical load by the smaller vertical load, the beneficial effect of arc brace applied in foundation pit is analyzed comprehensively. Conclusions can be pointed that arch support system can realize to control and adjust dynamically the deformation.
