1.Research Background
Reading is the process of acquiring information from written materials. Reading teaching plays an important role in English teaching, and the cultivation of reading ability is one of the most important parts in English teaching. "English curriculum standards" clearly stated that "the focus of a new round of reform of English course is to change the English curriculum pays too much attention to grammar and vocabulary teaching, and ignore the tendency of students' language proficiency training, new curriculum requirements increase the student's extracurricular reading quantity and the main test students' access to information and processing the ability of students reading speed and efficiency are put forward new requirements.
In language learning, reading is the basis of all other skills, and strong reading ability helps students master the target language. First of all, reading is the most direct and basic way to cultivate students' language sense. A good sense of English language can not only help students overcome the differences in lexical order between the East and the west, but also enable students to make grammatical mistakes and make correct judgments. Second, reading is an effective way to help students master and memorize English words. As is known to all, vocabulary is the basic unit of language and the basis of language learning. Only by mastering a certain amount of vocabulary can students develop other language skills, such as listening, speaking, reading and writing. In the process of reading, the memory of words is placed in a certain language environment. As a result, it is the vocabulary of an isolated individual, through the context of students can not only more accurately memorizing vocabulary, but also can better understand and master the usage of words. In addition, reading helps to improve students' writing ability. Through reading, students can widely contact language materials. On the one hand, students can accumulate a lot of beautiful words, learning the unique expression pattern, grasp some of the rhetoric, and apply it to their English writing; on the other hand, students can learn and imitate the reading frame structure, the connection. At the same time, reading helps to develop English thinking and avoid students' Chinese expressions in English writing. Finally, English reading can make students understand the western customs and culture, expand thinking, broaden their horizons.
2.literature review
2.1. Research background
    My own research results from reflection on some problems in my daily teaching practice. In my teaching practice, due to the traditional theory and English reading standardized test method, the influence of always causes the following four questions: one, the students ignore the thought construction, the student of the whole article ignore independent read silently, there is no guarantee that sufficient reading time, reading skills shortage, eventually led to the students' English reading ability, speed, quantity obviously deficiencies

Because I read junior high school of time, most of the students from the countryside, family education atmosphere is not thick, and are generally lower, the quality of parents in rural parents working outside all the year round, and the lack of correct guidance and effective monitoring of their children, make the most of the students is in a state of drift, their behavior, self control ability is generally weak. The mastery of language requires reading a lot of language material. Reading is one of the basic language skills that people need to communicate and obtain information. It is also one of the main aims of English learning. Reading is the creation of active, positive information behavior, is to cultivate students ability to obtain information from written text symbols and visual perception, but also improve the ability of listening, speaking, writing a powerful lever, it plays an important role in English learning.     Vocabulary is the key to students' reading. Most students find the words too hard to remember, remember to live today, and forget them tomorrow, and they remember fewer and fewer words. 3.Study and Discussion
    Under the impetus of the new English curriculum reform, English classroom teaching has gradually made some practical results, but at the same time we should also recognize that in the classroom instruction there is a problem that should not be ignored, that is, middle school students' interest in English reading teaching is generally is not high. Interest refers to the road signs that students go to the peak of reading. Lack of interest in reading makes it impossible to mobilize the subjective initiative of middle school students to read. Therefore, the training of students' reading interests should be based on the basic work. Second, the teachers' teaching methods may not be appropriate in reading teaching, though in practice there are teachers with some of the more novel teaching method, such as multimedia reading teaching method, but due to improper use of the teachers, the producers did not notice the bulge emphases in the courseware or improper selection of reading materials, etc., caused the classroom reading teaching become a mere formality and no substantive progress. Third reading ability is not notice would achieve good extension, English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability is not exist alone, but interdependent, therefore, teachers should pay attention to in the process of teaching the reading ability extended to other aspects, to improve the overall level of English.
    The basic education curriculum reform (trial) indicates that junior middle school English teaching should focus on cultivating students' reading ability. But the elementary education reform has been the national push for ten years, has also made great achievements, but in the practical teaching process for college English class teaching in the new tendency and new problems, the teacher is a pursuit of lively and active atmosphere, appear the phenomenon of heavy not heavy nature, the phenomenon of heavy form not heavy substance. 3. Study and discussion
3.1. The present situation of traditional teaching concept
    Lack of vocabulary accumulationinfluence reading speed. The lack of vocabulary directly affects students' reading speed and understanding speed, thus causing students to be resistant to the English curriculum. Lack of extracurricular reading accumulation, hinder understanding ability.     The combination of intensive reading and extensive reading is combined with extracurricular activities. Teachers should focus on teaching materials, read the content of    the articles in class, explain phrases, sentence patterns, grammar, and add some extra-curricular reading that is close to life and time. Outside the classroom, the students can be read as a supplement to cultivate students' ability to learn independently.
4. implication
4.1 Reading and frequency
    As for the role of frequency in language acquisition, we also need to be dialectical. To be sure, the higher the frequency of a language phenomenon, the easier it is to automate. But reading process is not for the decoding process of word, word, sentence, insisting that automation, certainly will cause understanding rigid, but is not conducive to learning, because the process of understanding is a process of subjectivity is very strong.
4.2 Information interaction and delivery
   In English reading training, one must correct the tendency to read for reading. Reading is not an end in itself, but a means to get information. In the actual teaching, let students with a purpose, with questions to see an article, in this way, students can watch while thinking in the process of reading, fully mobilize every resource in the brain, the thought of mutual support, deepen understanding and see.
4.3Reading interest
Interest is the best teacher, only when students have a strong interest in reading, can fully stimulate its internal driving force, and actively put into reading learning. Interest in learning is a cognitive tendency of students based on their own development needs shown, this tendency is always accompanied by a good emotional experience, therefore, interest is a kind of strong emotional awareness, embodied in the degree of learning on students' likes and dislikes, and is also of interest to promote students to participate in learning activities of the huge internal driving force. After reading many years of teaching practice, the author found that, from the following several aspects to cultivate students' interest in learning: sensory stimulation: make full use of various teaching aids, objects, pictures, slides and other effects on the students' senses, so that students have a vivid awareness of knowledge, maximize the activation of students' sense of fun.
5. Summary
    In conclusion, the cultivation of students' reading ability cannot be achieved overnight and requires long-term effort. In teaching, students should take people as their main body and create a relaxed and happy classroom atmosphere. At the same time, teachers should keep abreast with The Times, update their ideas, update their teaching methods, so that students can read into a virtuous circle and promote the comprehensive development of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
